E-Mail Services:

Web Browser E-Mail Access: MegaIQ's E-mail services enable our clients to access their e-mail account from any computer, anywhere in the world, with an Internet connection using that computer's Internet Browser software.

Self Administration: Through our Web Messaging Center our clients have the ability to administer their own e-mail services.  Each individual e-mail account can manage various preferences and features associated with that account.  Particular e-mail accounts can be designated as an Administrator for the domain.  This gives our clients the ability to add, modify or delete e-mail accounts associated with their website domain in a matter of minutes.  E-Mail lists can also be managed by the administrative accounts in the same manner.

E-Mail Anit-Spam Service: (optional) MegaIQ's Anti-Spam Service identifies spam and prevents it from being delivered to your inbox. All mail messages are sent through several layers of filters and checks to assure that maximum spam detection is achieved. READ MORE >

GENERAL

All of the expected e-mail operations are available with web browser access including, creating a message, reply, forward, and delete.  With our latest upgrade, our clients are now able to also attach a file from the computer being used for access and maintain an address book on-line.

By accessing an e-mail account in this way, our clients are also able to modify their e-mail account information.  This includes the ability to change the password, set-up forwarding of the incoming messages to an alternate e-mail account, create a vacation message or create an autoresponder message.

Another feature of our e-mail service is the ability to set-up any e-mail account as an administrator of the e-mail services on that domain.   As such, that user has the ability to create, modify or delete e-mail accounts on that domain.

When you access the Web Messaging Center, you are presented with a login screen, which insures security of your e-mail account.

SOME OF THE FUNCTIONS

Once logged in, users have the ability to check their mail, reply to, forward or compose new mail (including attachments) and maintain an on-line address book, similar to the way you would using any standard e-mail client software on your local computer.

Through the Web Messaging Center, our clients can modify a variety of features associated with their e-mail account.  Users may change their password, forward their mail to a different e-mail account, create an auto responce message or a vacation message.

VACATION MESSAGE - A vacation message will be automatically sent once to each sender of  incoming messages.  It the same sender sends multiple messages while you have a vacation message active, they will only receive your vaction message as a reply to the first message they send.

AUTORESPONDER MESSAGE - This is a message that goes out automatically as a reply to the sender of each incoming message.  This is particularly useful on e-mail accounts associated with incoming e-commerce orders as a means of acknowledging that an order has been received.

FORWARDING - By simply entering an e-mail address in the forwarding box, all future incoming messages will be redirected to that e-mail address.  This is useful if you have a large number of e-mail accounts and prefer not to set-up your e-mail client software to check all of the different boxes.

E-MAIL ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATION

Any specified account can be established as an Administrator for the domain.  This gives that user account the ability to add, modify and delete e-mail accounts associated with that domain name.
